Director TPG UK Ltd (London) and TPG America Inc (Washington, DC), both subsidiaries of TPG Pty — an Australian software developer supplying capital aviation resource management & airspace/ground simulation Software.

COO for European operations with bottom-line responsibility. Reported to main board and to major VC shareholders.  

Sold TPG’s largest ever (multi-million dollar) European contract. European project manager for various projects – particularly the development of Stockholm Arlanda airport’s new resource management system – and European service manager for the TAAM airspace modelling community. As part of the sales/marketing function extensive development of business cases with detailed numerical analyses.

1982/94 Director & Engineer – Walton Radar Systems Ltd

Various positions with Walton Radar Systems Ltd a supplier of leading-edge technology solutions for safety- and mission-critical systems in defence, nuclear power and Air Traffic Control, (hardware, software, systems, test engineer, sales & marketing manager, project and programme management) culminating as Business Development Director.

Architected, managed and delivered on time & on budget £500k mission-critical turnkey hardware and software system for UK CAA.

Work to Def. Stan 05-21, AQAP1, BA5750, ISO 9000.
